Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms and to perform inspections, prevention, and treatment services. You will be the first line of defense in safeguarding homes and commercial properties, ensuring safe application of treatments and clear communication with clients.

The role requires physical work, driving duties, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer’s termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
• Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures and structural modifications.
• Verifying that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Completing production forms documenting services provided.
• Interacting with customers and explaining services provided.
