Job summary

Terminix Termite Technicians protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms by performing inspections, prevention, and treatment services. You will be the first line of defense, ensuring peace of mind for clients.

Responsibilities include identifying termite problems, applying treatments safely, communicating with customers, and maintaining records. The role requires willingness to work outdoors, and compliance with safety procedures and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience a must.
• Attention to detail essential for every job.
• Willingness to work varied hours including weekends.
• Licenses/certificates as required by law (covered by us).
• Basic math skills for measurements and dosing.
• Must possess valid driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps based on behavior.
• Perform termite treatment services safely per guidelines and labels.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures as scheduled.
• Communicate critical termite conditions and suggested modifications to customers.
• Verify that job specs match each work order prior to service.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Document services performed on production forms.
• Interact with customers to explain services provided.
