Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid drivers license required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work different hours, Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps based on behavior.
• Perform termite treatments safely and per guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and labels.
• Communicate critical conditions and potential structural modifications to customers.
• Verify that job specifications match each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Document services provided with production forms.
• Interact with customers and explain services performed.
