Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, treatments, and preventative services, delivering peace of mind and value to clients.

Responsibilities include applying treatments, documenting work, and communicating findings to customers while adhering to safety guidelines. This role requires physical work, driving, and flexibility with hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience a plus.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and product labels.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps based on behavior and activity.
• Perform termite treatment services safely according to guidelines and practices.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and label instructions.
• Communicate critical conditions to customers and discuss procedures or modifications.
• Verify that job specifications align with each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Document services provided through production forms.
• Interact with customers and explain services performed.
