Job summary

Terminix is seeking Termite Technicians to perform termite treatments safely and per company guidelines in Santa Maria, CA. You will identify termite problems, discuss procedures with customers, and operate inspection equipment in structures and crawl spaces.

This full-time role requires a strong attention to detail, flexibility with hours (Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed), and a valid driver’s license. Benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in customer service; termite control knowledge a plus.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Flexible with working hours, Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed.
• Able to obtain/maintain licenses as required by regulations.
• Must possess valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Communicate critical conditions conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures.
• Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb stairs and ladders.
• Operate and maintain application and inspection equipment and tools.
