Job summary

Terminix is seeking qualified Termite Technicians to perform termite treatment services safely and per company guidelines. You will identify termite problems, explain procedures to customers, and operate inspection equipment and tools across various structures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years in customer service (termite control a plus), attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license. Flexible hours and potential licensing are included in benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; termite control experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Flexible with working hours; Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by law.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Explain critical termite-related conditions and procedures to customers.
• Enter/exit structures and crawl spaces; climb stairs and ladders.
• Operate inspection equipment and power tools.
• Work in varied environmental conditions; maintain equipment and vehicle.
