Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Termite Technicians to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, prevention, and treatment services, while communicating clearly with clients and following safety guidelines.

The role involves climbing, working up to 20 feet on ladders, and operating company vehicles as part of routine service calls. A valid license and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1 year of customer service; termite control experience is a plus.
• Clean shaven face for safety reasons with PPE.
• Be flexible with working hours; Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by employer).
• Basic math skills for mixing products per labels.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatments safely following guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule.
• Explain procedures and potential structural modifications to customers.
• Verify job specifications for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Document services provided on production forms.
• Interact with customers and explain services.
