Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, apply preventative treatments, and communicate findings to homeowners to ensure peace of mind.

The role emphasizes safety, proper use of PPE, and adherence to product labels. This position involves physical work, working from ladders and in confined spaces, and delivering high-quality customer service daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience a plus.
• Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer’s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices
• Applying anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions.
• Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity discuss procedures and structural modifications, which may be supplemental to treatment process
• Verifying that job specifications are appropriate for each work order
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment
• Completing production forms documenting services provided
• Interacting with customers and explaining services provided
