Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers' properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, prevention, and treatments as part of our field team, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires climbing, working in confined spaces, and operating company vehicles. A valid driver's license and 1+ year of customer service experience are expected, with termite control experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid drivers license from your state of residence (company vehicle and gas card provided).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience a plus.
• Be flexible with working hours, Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Basic math skills – add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer termite problems and determine remediation steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to procedures.
• Communicate critical conditions conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures or structural modifications.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.
