Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. in the United States is seeking a dedicated Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood destroying organisms.

You will perform inspections, prevention, and treatment services, and serve as the first line of defense against termite activity. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license from resident state required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience a plus.
• Be flexible with working hours (Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed).
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (provided by us).
• Basic math skills; able to follow product label mixing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment safely and per guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and safety procedures.
• Communicate critical termite-related conditions and recommended modifications to customers.
• Verify job specifications for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Document services provided on production forms.
• Interact with customers and explain services offered.
