Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Termite Technician in Missouri to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, treatments, and preventive services, coordinate with clients, and ensure work orders are accurately completed.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work flexible hours. Prior termite control experience is a plus, with full-time benefits starting on day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience a plus.
• Be flexible with working hours (Mon-Fri and occasional Saturdays).
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by company).
• Basic math skills; ability to follow mixing instructions on product labels.
• Must wear PPE including respirator; comfortable in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely per guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures as scheduled.
• Communicate critical termite-related conditions to customers.
• Verify that job specifications match work orders.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services.
