Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a field technician to manage termite service routes, perform pre- and post-construction treatments, and build strong customer relationships. You will work with service teams to ensure satisfaction and safety in outdoor settings.

Starting hourly pay is $17–$18, with a company vehicle and cell phone. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, maternity, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, discounts, and extensive training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• Safely use ladders up to 32 feet and within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
