Job summary

Northwest Exterminating in Tucker, GA is seeking a Termite Service Professional to service residential accounts on an independent outdoor route. Starting pay is $16–$18 per hour with company training to prepare you for success.

You will build relationships with customers, perform termite treatments, apply products per label, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. A valid driver's license is required and pesticide licensing is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create lifelong connections with customers to become Customers for Life.
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time-management skills.
• Perform both pre-construction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Apply products according to label standards.
• Resolve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet.

• Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
