Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to service routes outdoors and independently. No exterminating experience required; comprehensive training is provided, including pesticide licensing. Starting pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour with a company vehicle and cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your termite service route and day-to-day operations.
• Perform pre-construction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Resolve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers for satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams—customer service, sales, and management.
• Apply products according to label standards.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset when handling equipment and driving the company vehicle.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
