Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to lead an outdoor service route with comprehensive training provided. You’ll deliver termite treatments, build lasting customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.

A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required, with pesticide license support offered. Starting pay is $16/hour plus a company vehicle and phone.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.
