Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Termite Technicians to protect customers' properties from wood-destroying organisms through inspections, prevention, and treatment services. As a full-time on-site role, you will perform treatments safely, enter structures and crawl spaces, operate vehicles, and communicate critical conditions to customers in plain terms while following safety guidelines.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Must be flexible with working hours and able to work Monday–Saturday as needed.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by company).
• Basic math skills for measuring and mixing products.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps based on knowledge of termite behaviors.
• Perform termite treatment services safely according to guidelines and label instructions.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and safety procedures.
• Communicate critical conditions and potential modifications to customers.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.
