Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Termite Technicians to perform termite treatment services safely and in line with company guidelines. You will identify termite problems, explain procedures to customers, and work in various environments with inspection tools and equipment.

Responsibilities include entering structures, handling ladders, and maintaining equipment. A high school diploma, customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license are required; licenses may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Flexibility to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to obtain/maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps based on termite behavior and habits.
• Communicate critical conditions to customers and discuss procedures and structural modifications.
• Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb structures; ascend/descend stairs and ladders.
• Use application and inspection equipment, small hand tools, and power drills.
• Tolerate varied environmental conditions, including seasonal weather and dusty locations.
• Operate and maintain equipment and vehicle in good condition.
