Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Termite Technician to safeguard customers’ properties by inspecting and treating termite risks. You will perform safe, code-compliant termite treatments and communicate findings to clients, helping protect homes and commercial spaces.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Flexibility with hours and a willingness to learn are required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Flexible with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and know termite behaviors to determine remedies.
• Perform termite treatment services safely per guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and safety labels.
• Explain critical termite conditions and potential structural modifications to customers.
• Verify that job specs match each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services.
• Interact with customers and explain services provided.
