Job summary

Orkin is seeking an energetic Termite Sales Inspector in Burlingame, CA. You’ll leverage a respected brand and award-winning training to protect homes, while building relationships with homeowners during 360 inspections and strategic product recommendations.

Initial pay is $28.85 per hour during training; after licensure you move to an exempt base-plus-commission structure with a company vehicle and a robust benefits package. No industry experience is required to start your career with Orkin.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required to start.
• Valid driver’s license required and pesticide license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Conduct 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and build trusted relationships.
• Explain practical solutions and win over customers with confidence and care.
• Schedule sales appointments and present Orkin products in customers' homes.
• Use provided tools to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
