Orkin Los Angeles is seeking a driven Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with Orkin’s trusted termite protection. You’ll deliver a persuasive pitch, conduct inspections from attic to crawlspace, and guide customers toward the best pest solutions.

No prior industry experience is required. During training you’ll earn $23 per hour for 90 days, then transition to base salary plus commission. Enjoy a company vehicle, 401(k) match, healthcare, vacation and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license paid by company.
• Ability to work in the field independently.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to diagnose issues.
• Build trust with customers and explain practical solutions.
• Schedule appointments and present Orkin products in homes.
