Job summary

Orkin is seeking an energetic Termite Sales Inspector in Novato, CA. You will understand termite protection services, perform 360 inspections, and make strategic recommendations to homeowners to protect their most valuable asset.

Expect a strong earning potential with a pay range from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a company vehicle and gas card. The role starts with training and includes a full benefits package and a robust training program from a trusted brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain practical solutions to customers.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of homes and address questions, setting expectations.
