Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces.
• Build trusted relationships and protect homes and families.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions.
• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads.
