Job summary

Orkin is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector to deliver peace of mind to homeowners by protecting their homes from pests. You will use a proven sales approach, conduct thorough inspections, and build trusted relationships with customers in their homes and neighborhoods.

Compensation includes $60,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a company vehicle with gas card; during the initial 90 days you earn $23 per hour, then transition to base salary plus commission with full benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with help from the advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes, explaining how Orkin's products provide peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's home and address questions, set expectations.
