Job summary

Orkin is seeking a driven Termite Sales Inspector who can combine competitive drive with strong customer-service skills to protect homes. You’ll perform comprehensive inspections, present strategic pest-control recommendations, and build lasting customer relationships.

Early-stage training pays an hourly rate, followed by base salary plus commission as licensure is achieved. The role offers a path to leadership within a respected, mission-driven company, with benefits including a company

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Win over customers with confidence and care through listening and clearly explaining practical solutions.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and make recommendations based on identified issues.
