Job summary

Sustainable Staffing Inc. in Spring Grove, IL is seeking a Terminator to operate wire-cutting machinery and terminate wire and cable for assemblies. You will verify setups from the cut sheet, follow process instructions, and help keep equipment in good working order under supervision.

The role also involves manual tool use, maintenance, and contributing to quality and production targets while on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).

Qualifications

• Good math skills preferred.
• Able to read a tape measure/ruler.
• Ability to work sitting (possibly most of the day).
• Ability to keep a quick pace without talking.
• Machine operation experience is desirable.
• Ability to differentiate color.

Responsibilities

Job Position: Terminator

Location: Spring Grove, IL 60081

Pay Rate: $15.25/hr

Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Description:

Use wire machines to and terminate wire and cable for assemblies. Performs tasks in the areas of machine operation and machine general maintenance. May also use manual tools to crimp wire and cable. Works under direct supervision.
