Qualifications

• Previous assembly and soldering experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment.
• Proficiency in soldering terminals, lead wire crimping and PCB soldering.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to use hand tools and small assembly equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• IPC soldering certification or equivalent training preferred.
• Experience with electronic testing and inspection equipment preferred.
