Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in BI or data analytics with growing responsibilities.
• 2–3+ years leading projects or mentoring staff.
• Experience in Retail/eCommerce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts (player coach).
• Define KPIs with leadership and develop analytical frameworks.
• Translate questions into hypotheses and plans for analysis.
• Develop, deliver, and optimize BI solutions and dashboards.
• Communicate findings clearly to senior leadership with data storytelling.
• Perform deep-dive analyses using SQL, BI tools, and Python/R.
• Own design and improvement of Retail dashboards for multiple verticals.
• Promote data literacy and governance within Retail analytics.
• Collaborate with central data teams on data models and infrastructure.
• Apply statistical methods or forecasting to address retail challenges.
