Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Terminal Supervisor in Texas to lead a team, maintain critical mechanical and electrical systems, and help run daily terminal operations. The role demands strong on-site leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple processes in a round-the-clock environment.

You will work closely with the Terminal Manager to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient material handling from barge/rail to bulk truck shipments and palletized products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5-7 years of experience in heavy industry.
• Strong mechanical, maintenance and safety knowledge.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise terminal operations with direct reports while supporting the Terminal Manager.
• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems and develop new processes.
• Coordinate rail and truck unloading and scheduling.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance at all times.
• Budget planning and KPI accountability for terminal performance.
