• Proficiency with Toptech Systems inventory software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: provide exceptional service to terminal customers and resolve questions promptly.
• Serve as the first Buckeye contact to route issues to the right teams.
• Interpret business rules of engagement for each situation.
• Communicate with correct tone and methods to ensure positive interactions.
• Manage product inventory, nominations, and allocations to maximize tank utilization.
• Coordinate with pipeline schedulers, terminal staff, and 3rd parties for movements.
