Quality Carriers, Inc. is seeking an energetic Operations Manager in Savannah, GA. You will lead terminal operations, dispatch activities, and driver recruitment while ensuring SOP compliance and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and solid organizational skills. You will coordinate with Customer Service, District Managers, and other roles to optimize equipment utilization and service quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bulk truck terminal operations and standard procedures.
• Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to logistics and dispatch.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational staff including Customer Service, District Manager, and ICCCS positions, coordinating daily dispatch activities.
• Oversee service performance and compliance with SOPs; ensure safety and regulatory standards.
• Analyze data, coordinate schedules, and manage documentation using cloud-based systems.
• Facilitate training for new staff to ensure proficiency in job responsibilities.
• Manage driver recruitment, retention, and overall safety performance in transportation operations.
