Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Terminal Operator at the Madison, WI location to safely operate equipment and manage loading/unloading of materials by rail, barge, and truck. You will maintain equipment, uphold safety standards, and support clerical tasks in a fast-paced terminal environment.

Qualified candidates typically have 1–3 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills with MS Office and SAP. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with SAP.
• Welding, machine repair and basic electricity skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse and yard.
• Load/unload material for rail, waterway and road transport.
• Operate truck loading equipment and mobile machinery.
• Conduct general equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Record maintenance and keep accurate logs.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.
