Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Terminal Operator at the Buffalo Terminal NY to safely load and unload rail cars, boats and trucks while ensuring accuracy and quick processing of requests. This is a full-time position located in Buffalo, NY.

The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with SAP. A commitment to safety and adherence to PPE guidelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge about computers, Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates equipment at the location used to load and unload rail cars, boats and trucks.
• Ensure order accuracy and expeditious processing of requests.
• Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse, yard, etc.
• Carry out tasks related to loading/unloading material across transport modes.
• Understand and operate truck loading equipment.
• Perform clerical functions for recording receipts, shipments and inventory.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records on terminal equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
