Job summary

Amrize in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Terminal Operator to safely run equipment and ensure accurate loading and unloading of rail cars, boats and trucks, delivering timely processing of requests.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years experience, basic computer skills and SAP knowledge; we offer comprehensive benefits and a commitment to safety and growth within a large logistics and construction-infrastructure context.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Terminal Managers, customers, sales personnel, trucking firms and suppliers.
• Maintain grounds, offices, warehouse, yard, etc.
• Load/unload material (bulk and bagged) by waterway or road as applicable to location.
• Operate and perform general maintenance on mobile equipment and assist with mechanical maintenance.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies and promote a safety culture.
• Other duties as assigned.
