Qualifications

• Experience in terminal operations or similar industrial setting preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety compliance mindset.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize daily terminal operations for efficiency and reliability.
• Oversee safe loading/unloading of bulk materials and adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on terminal equipment.
• Uphold safety standards, PPE usage, and OSHA compliance.
• Serve as a liaison with customers, resolving inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with logistics to optimize schedules and resources.
• Mentor and train new team members to raise performance.
