Job summary

Cemex US is seeking a proactive Terminal Operator to join our Chandler terminal. You will oversee loading, unloading, and securing bulk materials while enforcing safety standards and PPE requirements.

You’ll perform routine equipment inspections, collaborate with logistics teams, and help maintain efficient operations. A high school diploma is required, with welding or electrical maintenance a plus; candidates should be able to work at heights and in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; welding/electrical training a plus.
• Experience in terminal operations or similar industrial setting preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with safety regulations and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Driving Operational Efficiency: manage daily terminal operations for seamless logistics.
• Mastering Material Flow: oversee safe loading/unloading of bulk materials with safety protocols.
• Maintaining Our Machinery: perform routine inspections and maintenance on terminal equipment.
• Championing Safety: uphold safety standards and PPE usage in all tasks; OSHA compliant.
• Delivering Outstanding Service: act as a primary contact for customers and resolve inquiries.
• Collaborating for Success: coordinate with logistics to optimize schedules and resources.
• Mentoring and Development: assist in training new team members.
