Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; welding/electrical maintenance training a plus.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with safety knowledge; able to work at heights/in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize terminal daily operations for efficient logistics.
• Oversee safe loading/unloading of bulk materials following safety protocols.
• Inspect and maintain terminal equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Uphold safety standards and use PPE as required; comply with OSHA rules.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with logistics team to optimize schedules and resources.
• Assist in training and developing new team members.
