Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Terminal Operator in Albuquerque, NM to run terminal equipment and daily operations under management direction. You will handle receiving and shipping products, ensure safety, and support compliant operations within a large construction logistics network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years work experience.
• Desirable: mechanical background and welding experience.
• Courteous with customers.
• Knowledge of cement, construction industry and integrated computer systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate terminal equipment and daily terminal functions as directed by terminal management.
• Maintain terminal buildings and equipment in good condition and operate equipment safely.
• Handle loading/unloading of barges and railcars, transfer to silos, sampling and testing.
• Ensure internal controls and report issues to management.
• Load bulk unit trucks with correct weights and product for delivery or pickup.
• Troubleshoot terminal equipment failures.
• Comply with health, safety and environmental policies.
