Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Terminal Operator to handle hands-on terminal operations at Albuquerque Terminal NM. You will manage unloading from barges/railcars, transfer to silos, sampling, and ensure proper truck loading with legal weights for customer deliveries.

Role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years' experience; welding skills and a mechanical background are pluses. Emphasis on safety and adherence to PPE protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Mechanical background and welding experience are desirable.
• Ability to interact courteously with customers.
• Knowledge of cement, construction industry, and integrated computer systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate terminal equipment and daily terminal functions as directed.
• Unload barges and railcars; transfer products to silos and test samples.
• Load bulk trucks with correct weights and product quality.
• Troubleshoot terminal equipment failures and report issues.
• Maintain safety by following health, safety, and environmental policies.
