Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and math skills needed.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow procedures.

• Experience with basic tools and testing equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gauge storage tanks and read meters daily.
• Provide strong customer service to operations staff.
• Log inventories and meter readings in systems.
• Perform daily/monthly inventory reconciliations and thru-puts.
• Maintain facilities and perform safety-related tasks.
• Safely load petroleum products onto trucks and receive via pipelines.
• Travel to various facilities as needed to assist terminals.
• Take samples and perform quality control tests.
• Log scheduled maintenance and inspections; ensure equipment is functioning.
• Issue work permits and uphold safety requirements.
• Identify unsafe acts and follow company safety policies.
• Coordinate emergency responses and communicate outages or downtime.
