Job summary

Sunoco LP seeks a dedicated Terminal Operator in North Little Rock, AR to perform daily tank gauging, meter readings, inventory reconciliations, and routine maintenance at a major energy terminal. You will handle samples, quality control, and safety inspections while coordinating with contractors and supervisors.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong math skills, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read and interpret measurements and calculations.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather and perform manual tasks.
• Must maintain safety standards and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Gauge storage tanks and take daily meter readings.
• Calculate and input inventories and meter readings into systems.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of inventories and thru-puts.
• Perform facility maintenance of buildings and assets as needed.
• Take product samples and perform required Quality Control tests.
• Log maintenance and safety inspections; ensure equipment functions properly.
• Issue work permits for contractors and enforce safety requirements.
• Coordinate emergency response activities until relieved by supervision.
• Communicate outages and downtime to supervisor and customers.
