Job summary

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise day-to-day terminal activities, supporting safe, reliable and efficient operations across the site.
• Drive performance against key operational measures covering safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Develop terminal employees through clear expectations, training, coaching and ongoing performance management.
• Coordinate with logistics, dispatch and sales to resolve operational issues, communicate outages and maintain effective terminal performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience within an industrial manufacturing, terminal or process-driven operating environment.
• Practical knowledge across areas such as production, mechanical maintenance, process or quality.
• Experience supervising or leading employees, with the ability to develop teams and reinforce strong safety standards.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT or relevant industrial regulations.
