Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Valid driver's license; Class A CDL preferred.
• At least 2 years in transportation-related experience.
• Experience with MSHA and safety compliance preferred.
• Proficient with Windows/Office; Excel, Word, Outlook required. Familiar with electronic logging devices.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with customers and safety teams; maintain relations.
• Prepare payroll, reports, and maintain records.
• Assist in maintenance prioritization and dispatch support.
