Job summary

CTI, Inc. is seeking a Terminal Manager for the Gallup Terminal in Gallup, NM. You will oversee all transportation, transload, and maintenance operations, ensuring strict safety standards in line with MSHA and FMCSA regulations.

The role requires leadership of a 40–60 person team, managing schedules, payroll, and reporting while liaising with customers to optimize operations. A valid license and experience in transportation are essential for success in this safety-critical position.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of transportation-related experience
• MSHA experience highly preferred
• Valid Driver's License required; Class A CDL preferred
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and respirator requirements
• Ability to work varying hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation, transload, and maintenance operations at Gallup Terminal
• Supervise 40–60 employees including drivers and maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with MSHA and FMCSA regulations
• Coordinate with customers and safety teams to maintain service levels
• Prepare and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Manage payroll and time-off documentation with Director
• Support Dispatch and other Terminal/Logistic managers as needed
