• Oversees compliance with company policies, safety rules, and governmental regulations.
• Uses data and analytics to optimize operations, track production metrics, and anticipate and resolve problems.
• Interviews, selects, and onboards terminal employees.
• Facilitates good employee relations through motivation, feedback, and coaching.
