Jusczak Trucking is seeking a Location Manager in Monroe, LA to oversee daily terminal operations, support drivers, and promote safe, efficient service for customers. You will lead an on-site team, manage load planning, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of transportation, trucking, logistics, or fleet operations experience.
• Previous leadership or driver management experience preferred.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices.
• Experience with flatbed or specialized freight operations preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with dispatch and fleet management software.
• Background screening and pre-employment requirements apply.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable freight movement.
• Lead, support, and mentor drivers while promoting a positive team culture.
• Coordinate load planning, equipment utilization, and freight schedules.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, customers, and leadership team to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Assist with driver onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
• Ensure accurate completion of required documentation, logs, and reports.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
