Responsibilities

• Leading all day-to-day terminal operations
• Managing drivers, dispatch, shop personnel, and terminal staff
• Owning terminal financial performance, including P&L accountability
• Improving driver retention and recruiting quality drivers quickly
• Ensuring compliance with safety programs, company policies, and operating procedures
• Maximizing equipment utilization and operational efficiency
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal leadership
