Janel Group in Dallas is seeking a Station Manager to lead daily terminal operations, including dispatch, dock activities, and driver coordination. You’ll drive efficiency, uphold safety and DOT compliance, and develop the on-site team while partnering with sales to support growth.

We want a hands-on leader with 5+ years in transportation/logistics, 3+ years in leadership, and a proven ability to make quick, sound decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of transportation, logistics, or terminal operations experience.
3+ years of leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety requirements.
A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to be on the dock and in the operation every day.
Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to support a dynamic operation when needed.

Responsabilités

Lead terminal operations, including dispatch, routing, dock activities, and freight flow.
Drive operational excellence by improving efficiency, service levels, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
Manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and team development.
Partner with sales teams to support business growth and expansion opportunities.
