Ergon Inc. seeks a Terminal Operations Lead at its Flowood, MS location. The role coordinates day-to-day terminal operations across North America for Ergon Solutions Inc. (ESI), ensuring reliable supply through rail and truck replenishment and accurate inventory monitoring.

You will work across departments to resolve issues, protect product quality, and improve service and cost efficiency, while building strong relationships with terminal service providers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years (or more) in supply chain, logistics, inventory management or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and records.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across departments.
• Experience learning and using ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for North American terminal operations and coordinate issue resolution.
• Maintain relationships with terminal service providers and improve operating processes.
• Coordinate new terminal setups, inventory processes, and communications with internal teams.
• Oversee downstream terminal replenishment by rail and truck to ensure product availability.
• Track railcar shipments and address delays; monitor inventory status weekly.
• Support month-end reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor SAP inventory flags and coordinate order approvals with Customer Service.
• Identify shortages and supply risks; communicate impact and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Product Services to monitor handling of Ergon oils and address quality concerns.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to explore efficient supply arrangements for new customers.
• Work with Billing to ensure timely invoicing of Ergon Mexico shipments.
• Review monthly terminal costs and work with providers to implement efficiency improvements.
