Job summary

Ergon Inc. seeks a Terminal Operations Lead at its Flowood location to coordinate day-to-day terminal operations across North America.

You will maintain reliable supply through rail and truck replenishment, monitor inventory, and work with service providers to improve service and cost efficiency. Primary responsibilities include resolving operational issues, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement across departments and ERP systems, notably SAP.

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and accuracy in inventory, shipments and records.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities across procurement, production, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day terminal operations across North America.
• Maintain relationships with terminal service providers and internal Ergon teams.
• Track downstream replenishment by rail and truck to ensure product availability.
• Monitor inventories and support month-end reconciliation and stock integrity.
• Collaborate with Product Services and Account Managers to optimize supply arrangements.
• Work with Billing to ensure accurate invoicing for shipments.
