Job summary

Bulk Environmental & Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented Terminal Operations Coordinator to oversee driver supervision, dispatch, and fleet maintenance coordination at a smaller terminal. You will manage schedules, routes, safety, and compliance while acting as the hub for maintenance administration, processing repair orders and DVIR tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years local dispatch experience and/or fleet maintenance admin experience.
• Knowledge of DOT hours-of-service and maintenance recordkeeping.
• Experience with dispatch software and CMMS systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers: schedules, routes, safety, conduct.
• Manage daily/weekly pickup and delivery schedules; dispatch fleet.
• Coordinate maintenance: create/close repair orders; track DVIRs.
• Process purchase orders and invoices; monitor vendor performance.
• Prepare routine maintenance reports and ensure compliance.
